Villa Fiore Assisted Living is a licensed 10-bed residential care home in Prescott Valley, Arizona. We offer Assisted & Directed Care, Memory Care, and Respite & Supervisory Care.

Our home provides 24/7 awake, trained caregivers and an on-call Nurse Practitioner for residents needing help with daily living, medication management, or specialized memory support for Alzheimer's and dementia.

Dr. Christopher Zambakari

Dr. Christopher Zambakari || MIS, MBA, LP.D.

Dr. Zambakari is the owner and operator of Apollo Assisted Living and Memory Care. He provides direction and oversight to ensure Apollo provides the highest levels of customized care, administered by respectful licensed medical and caregiving professionals.

Dr. Zambakari is the Founder and CEO of The Zambakari Advisory, Co-Owner of Desert Haven Home Care, Professor at Cambridge Graduate University International, Chairman of the Board of Directors for The Nile Institute for Peace and Development (NIPD), Rotary Peace and Paul Harris Fellow, and the Associate Editor of The Sudans Studies Association Bulletin. 

Dr. Zambakari serves Apollo’s residents by working closely with healthcare providers across Maricopa and Yavapai counties. His commitment to Apollo residents and staff ensures high-quality care to residents and a knowledgeable team prepared to provide services above and beyond expectations.

Nathalia Zambakari

Nathalia Zambakari || Board Certified AGACNP-BC

Nathalia is a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and a licensed medical professional
responsible for short-term care patients suffering from severe conditions. She graduated with her BSN from University of Miami in 2012, after which she worked as a ICU nurse for a period of four years before deciding to go back to school to complete her advanced practitioner nursing degree in critical care.  She graduated with honors from the University of Miami School of Nursing in 2016. Nathalia currently works as an nurse practitioner intensivist in a busy high-acuity ICU.

 

As part of our care team at Apollo, Nathalia reviews the medical records of incoming residents, helping in the management of patient regimens and performing caregiver education to ensure our residents receive the best-possible care at all times.

Estève Giraud, Ph.D.

Estève Giraud is an assistant research professor at Arizona State University. Her research focuses on the integration of care theory and practices in food systems to enhance resilience and sustainability. Dr. Giraud has recently received two grants from ASU to explore the effects of gardening and cooking activities on dementia patients and as a preventive solution for caregiver burnout. At the university’s Swette Center for Sustainable Food Systems, her research work focuses on organic agriculture and urban agriculture.

Dr. Giraud is also the director of strategic operations at Promised Land Health Care Group, and a strategic advisor to The Zambakari Advisory. A native of France, she holds a Ph.D. in sustainability from ASU, a master’s in economics and management from the University Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona, Spain), and a master’s degree in business from Toulouse Business School (Toulouse, France).

Tammie Easterly is the Facility Manager at Villa Fiore Assisted Living and The Oasis of Prescott in Prescott Valley, bringing over 15 years of experience in senior healthcare. A certified caregiver and licensed assisted living manager, Tammie excels in Alzheimer’s and dementia care, managing daily operations, staff, and regulatory compliance. Her compassionate, patient-focused approach enhances the quality of life for all residents. Known for her leadership and dedication, Tammie fosters partnerships with healthcare providers to deliver evidence-based, effective care and services, ensuring Villa Fiore remains a trusted and innovative residential care home.
